So many leads... How do I narrow my search?

    Open the top panel here and limit view options to leads you want to see:
    • by type: mortgage, credit repair, foreclosure etc.
    • by credit type etc.
    • by State and zip code so that you can find the leads that are sitting in your own back yard;
    • by customer comments. For instance, if you are looking for clients that are in "foreclosure" or "bankruptcy" you only need to put those key words into the "search by keyword" box. If your key words show up in any of the customer comment sections, than these leads will be made available for you to view and to buy;
    • by commercial property only: you can set your filter specific to multi-family units of up to four units, or multi family units of five or more units

    How do I avoid purchasing same leads twice?

    System will remove duplicate already purchased form your cart on checkout. It will mark them green in the list as well. In addition, you can avoid seeing the leads you have already purchased. To take advantage of this option, log in, click "Account" and then click "Options" Tab. At the Options Tab screen, check/uncheck the "Show my purchases in lead list" box next to the "Lead list options". Remember, you must be logged in to see the green marks next to the leads you already purchased.

    Can I buy in bulk?

    Yes, use Bulk Search. Bulk search (lead list creation tool) is ideal for buying leads in large quantities:
    - it allows price specific search;
    - you don't have to add them to Cart one by one;
    - at the end of the search you can add leads to Cart and review them before checkout.

    Can I see my leads online? Can you post leads to my CRM?

    You should be able to find leads in your in-coming e-mails. Also you can log into the web site and go to the "My Leads" page and see your leads on line.

    We provide easy DIY LeadMailbox integration. Click Account -> Options and enter your LeadMailbox credentials there. If you use another CRM, email us and we will connect accounts for you.

    How do I export leads?

      You can export leads one by one or by orders. In order to export the leads you already purchased, log-in, click on "My Leads," and use the export feature at the bottom of the page to download your leads onto MS Excel spread sheet.

      Export your leads "order by order". Download entire order into one spreadsheet or pdf file. My Orders tool is handy when it comes to managing your lead orders that range into the hundreds and the thousands of leads.

      I purchased non-exclusive lead and now working with the customer. Can I remove the lead from the website so no one else can see it?
      Support:
      Yes, you have the ability to lock a lead if you do not want other buyers to have access to it. If you buy a non exclusive lead from us and find that you are having success with that lead, lock the lead to prevent it from being sold to other customers.

      Sign into your account and click on "My Leads." Once you are in the "my leads" section of your account click on "lock." This will automatically lock the lead and remove it from our system preventing others from viewing the lead or from purchasing it.

      A non exclusive lead that has been sold multiple times is not eligible for locking.

      The price of locking your lead will be equal or less to the amount you paid for the non exclusive lead. For instance, if you paid $10 for the lead, it would cost you $10 or less to lock it.

      We have several types of bonuses and discounts: all add up!

      1. Streamline Discount: Set up Lead Streamline to have your leads purchased automatically to get 10% discount applied to every lead purchased with the Streamline filter.

      2. Weekly Discount
      Every week you receive an automatic price discount that depends on your previous week purchase volume:
      5% for previous week purchases $100.00 to $199.99
      10% for previous week purchases $200.00 to $399.99
      15% for previous week purchases $400.00 to $799.99
      and 20% for previous week purchases $800.00 and above.

      What happens during the next week?
      If your last week sales were, for instance, $450, the next week you will have an additional 15% discount. And remember, you already received a 12% bonus when you made your initial deposit. If you have a buying streamline filter in place, you will receive an additional 10% discount on the leads purchased by the filter.

      3. Discounts add up to the Deposit Bonus

You than spend $200 using the Streamline system (which includes the 10% streamline discount) and $240 cherry picking our leads at random. So now you have spent a total of $440.00 and you still have some money left in your account to buy our leads with. That is why if you are taking advantage of our discounts and bonuses, your total discount will deliver many more leads for your buck - up to 30% total discount!

      What If I don't like your leads? No offense, but the first time I try this I'm afraid to loose my money. Do you refund bogus leads?

        If you receive a lead with bad number, email us the lead ID#. We will check the lead, remove it, and refund it's price to your account at globaldatausa. It takes a few business hours to process refund.

          The system is automatically pricing new leads according to the lead type, loan amount, LTV etc. All leads in the system are discounted daily. Both procedures are automatic.

          What is Real-Time Leads Streamline?

          Your leads can be delivered to you fresh in real time. To set up the Streamline to purchase leads automatically, use the following steps:

          1. Log into GlobalDataUSA.com lead store by clicking the "Log In" button at the top of the leads page.
          2. Open the Streamline setup page by clicking the "Stream" button.
          3. Create a Streamline filter by following the link "Create filter to buy leads when they reach certain price". Configure the parameters of the lead you want to be purchased including maximum price box and Lead age box.
          4. Ensure the field "When a lead matches all the terms above" is set to "Buy" or "Buy Exclusive" and click OK.
          5. Click the Estimator button to predict the lead traffic for your filter

          By setting your filter to "buy" you are in fact helping us determine what kind of leads to concentrate on. We see the demand and increase our click bids and add relevant keywords to get more exposure and obtain more of the leads you are looking for.

          OK I understand Real-Time Streamline, but what is "Aged Leads Streamline" exactly?

            The main idea behind our unique pricing policy is to ensure that every prospect that shops for a mortgage on our web site receives a call from a loan officer. That's why so many leads go below the cost of what we pay to search engines.

            Those of you who regularly buy our aged leads now have a very efficient way of doing it. Just set up a filter that allows you to purchase leads at a price you believe is reasonable to pay.

            There are certain leads that make sense to buy aged. Purchase leads for example. Let's say an average purchase lead comes in fresh at $5, factor in the 10% discount you get when you order leads by streamline, and the bonus you may earn when depositing money. Your perfect lead could meet your perfect price in no time at all.

            Now, you look at that same $5 lead, and you may feel that $3 or less is much more reasonable. No problem, just set your streamline filter to "buy" at a price of $3 or less, check your other parameters like states, credit score, LTV, etc. Once that lead hits $3 or less, we will deliver it to you.

            If you choose, some of your leads will be delivered to you fresh or in real time, some will be delivered one week old, some two weeks old. As far as purchase leads are concerned, 90% of our leads reach $1.00 or less within two weeks. Why not use this feature as a great way to save another 10% by ordering them by streamline?

            To set up the streamline to purchase leads automatically when they reach a certain price, use the same steps as for the regular real time streamline but configure the parameters of the lead you want to be purchased including maximum price box and Lead age box.

            Create as many filters as you want. Use different parameter sets for different types of leads and different States. Filters are free to use.

            I see you have Live Calls Transfer Option. How many calls are available?

            During recent years we see a steady decline in call transfers. People tend to fill forms more and more and call less and less. We used to track one call per five filled up forms, now we see one per ten or even per twenty.

            OK, I see you have plenty of leads, so I want calls regardless how many. How do I set it up?
              Support:
              It's easy. Simply sign in and set up a Live Call filter specifying the states you are looking to do business in and the type of prospect you are looking for wether it be a mortgage prospect or a foreclosure prospect. Than provide the phone number you would like the calls to be routed to. Thats it!

              You can increase inbound calls by setting up an advanced call filter: add your ad copy so we can show your ad to customers matching your filter even before they fill their contacts - same way as Google shows our ads but much better targeted.

              When a entered information is a match to your filter the call will be routed to the number you provided. You have a complete control of your filter at all times having the ability to set up times during the day you want calls to come into your office or cellphone. You can also pause your filter for extended absences.

              Are there any fees besides leads or calls prices? What happens to my funds if I don't use them?

              There are no fees. Sign up is free, all your funds apply toward calls and leads purchase. If you close your account, we'll send your balance back to your credit card or Paypal.

              If you had an account with us a while ago but forgot login/email address, just email us from you new address and we will go through necessary steps to re-activate it. We keep inactive account records for up to 5 years.
